Information only
This site describes Bayvant’s setup services. Examples (like “by 9:05 a draft reply is waiting”) show how a setup can work, not a promise of results. We don’t guarantee jobs, leads or revenue.
Third-party platform
Grok Bot is a product of SpaceXAI LLC. Bayvant is an independent setup service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SpaceXAI LLC. You buy and manage your own Grok Bot plan. The provider sets its prices and features and can change them.
SI makes mistakes
We set up customer messages as drafts for the owner’s approval and don’t turn on auto-send. SI tools can still make mistakes, and approval controls may not catch everything, so owners should keep approvals on and review what goes out.
Client setup agreement
Setup work, the Monthly Tune-Up and the pilot are covered by a separate written client setup agreement (sent before any paid setup work starts). If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Ownership
This website’s content, along with Bayvant’s setup playbooks, SI team member instructions, templates and methods, belongs to Bayvant LLC. You may view this site for your own information. Please don’t copy, resell or republish its content or our playbooks. If you’re a client, the client setup agreement controls: it explains what you own (your account, your data and what your SI team members produce) and how you may use what we set up for you.
Website use
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bayvant is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Paid setup work is governed only by the written client setup agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, have exclusive venue for disputes about these website terms.
