From a 20-minute call to a working office team in days
One kickoff screen-share, then your SI team members start drafting. Office Team setup takes about 5 business days from kickoff.
Free 20-minute call
Email us for a free 20-minute call or send us a note. We talk through how leads, estimates and scheduling move through your business today, and whether an SI office team is a fit.
You set up your own account
You sign up for your own Grok Bot plan, pay for it directly and log in yourself. You own the account and the data. We never resell accounts, share logins or hold your passwords.
Kickoff screen-share (45 to 60 minutes)
Together we add our trades setup to your account, and you connect your own email and calendar.
Your SI team members start drafting
Status light on: your SI team is online.
"Online" means your SI team members keep working in the cloud on their schedule, even with your laptop closed. They draft; you approve. SI team members don't place phone calls. Phone and texting aren't part of setup today. There's no 24/7 guarantee.
Quote replies, estimate follow-ups, scheduling replies, review requests and a morning callback list. You approve, edit or toss every draft.
TeamCare (optional, $650/mo)
Each month we add new skills or routines, fix anything that's off, and check in with you. TeamCare cancels anytime. Office Team also gets 30/60/90-day check-ins after setup.
Drafts first
SI team members prepare, you decide. We set up customer messages as drafts for your OK and don’t turn on auto-send. SI can make mistakes, so keep approvals on.
Your account
Your SI team members run on your own account, not our computer, logins or history. You own your account, your data and everything your SI team members produce; Bayvant keeps the rights to its playbooks.
Replies only, never sales calls
No outbound sales or marketing calls or texts. Phone and texting aren’t part of setup today.
