What is an SI office team?
A few SI helpers set up on your own Grok Bot account, each with one office job such as inbox replies, scheduling, estimate follow-ups or review requests. They draft; you approve.
How is this different from an answering service?
An answering service talks to callers. Your SI office team works in email and your calendar, drafts replies and gives you a callback list. You make the calls.
Does it send emails on its own?
We set up every customer message as a draft for your approval and don’t turn on auto-send. SI tools can still make mistakes, so keep approvals on and review what goes out.
Who owns the account?
You do. You sign up for Grok Bot, pay for it directly and log in yourself. Bayvant only charges for setup work and never holds your passwords.
What does it cost?
Bayvant setup is a one-time price, with optional TeamCare at $650/mo. Your Grok Bot plan is a separate bill from the provider to you. See our pricing page for setup prices.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few business days after your kickoff call, depending on the package.
Can SI make mistakes?
Yes. That's why we set up drafts for your approval, ask you to keep approvals on, and tune the setup so drafts sound like you.
What won't it handle?
Medical information, financial account info, Social Security numbers and card or payment details. Keep payments in your payment system.
