- Your Grok Bot plan, from the provider. You sign up and pay for it yourself: currently $30/month or $300/year, billed by X Subscription Corp. Heavy use may need a higher plan or usage top-ups. (official pricing, checked Oct 18, 2026; prices can change.)
- Setup work, from Bayvant. Office Team setup, $2,900 one-time, plus optional TeamCare at $650/month. See pricing.
- You own the account. You log in yourself and keep every password. We never resell plans, share logins or hold your passwords.
What we set up on your account
- Office helpers with one job each: inbox and estimate follow-up, scheduling replies, review requests, job-status emails, invoice reminders.
- Routines such as a morning callback list and a Monday summary.
- Your Gmail and Google Calendar, connected by you on a screen-share.
- Drafts-first settings: we don’t turn on auto-send. SI tools can still make mistakes, so keep approvals on and review what goes out.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, resell or bundle Grok Bot plans, and we aren’t an official, certified or authorized partner of anyone.
- No outbound sales or marketing calls or texts. Phone and texting aren't part of setup today.
- No medical, financial-account, Social Security or card data given to your SI team.
- No guarantees of jobs or revenue.

Is Bayvant part of Grok Bot?
No. Grok Bot is a product of SpaceXAI LLC. Bayvant is an independent setup service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SpaceXAI LLC. You buy and manage your own Grok Bot plan.
Can I buy my Grok Bot plan through you?
No. You buy it directly from the provider. Our fee is setup work only.
I already pay for a plan. Can you still help?
Yes. We set up the office team on the account you already have. If your current plan doesn’t include Grok Bot, we’ll tell you before you pay us anything.
Will your SI team members send emails on their own?
We set up every customer message as a draft for your approval and don’t turn on auto-send. SI tools can still make mistakes, so keep approvals on and review what goes out.
